These Service Terms outline expectations for working with Jecara Hood for email marketing design and development services.
Service Terms
1. Scope of Work
Each project scope will be defined prior to work beginning and may include:

email development
-
campaign creation
-
automated flow setup
-
consultation services
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement or fee.
2. Communication
Clients agree to provide necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
3. Payment Terms

Projects may require upfront payment or milestone payments.

Work begins after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as defined within the project agreement.
Major scope changes may require additional billing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

final content approval

legal compliance of marketing materials

platform account access when required
6. Intellectual Property Transfer
Final approved deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
Jecara Hood retains the right to display completed work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Project Delays
Extended inactivity or missing client materials may result in project rescheduling.
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided in good faith using industry best practices. No guarantees are made regarding marketing performance or revenue outcomes.
9. Acceptance
By purchasing services or working together, the client agrees to these Service Terms.
